New Roadwork Alert Issued For I-684 In Harrison

There will be more lane closures in both directions on I-684 in Westchester as crews perform maintenance in the area.

The New York State Department of Transportation issued an alert cautioning that from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. starting Monday, Aug. 20, there will be closures northbound and southbound on the interstate between exit 1 (I-287 entrance ramp) and exit 2 (Route 120). Those closures will last through Friday, Aug. 24.

Additionally, there will be northbound lane closures from Monday, Aug. 20 through Wednesday, Aug. 22, and southbound lane closures on Thursday, Aug. 23 and Friday, Aug. 24.

Motorists have been advised to seek alternate routes when possible, as delays are expected during the scope of the projects.
